TowerScope by C2

TowerScope

Airfield awareness, controller-centered.

TowerScope is an APRT-style airfield awareness workstation by C2, combining airborne position reference, surface awareness concepts, electronic strip concepts, and field weather in one controller-centered interface.

Opens that airport directly in the workstation.
Workstation Mode
The full four-pane interface: airspace, surface, strips, and field weather in one view.
APRT Core Mode
Airborne position reference only — the public ADS-B airborne picture, stripped down.
Air

Public ADS-B airborne traffic. Data tags, altitude filter, range rings, dark tactical map. US charts (VFR / IFR) as an overlay.

Surface

A movement-area schematic built from open airfield geometry, with on-ground and low-altitude candidates. Not surface surveillance.

Strips

Arrival, departure, and local strips inferred from position and track. Not flight plans. Not clearances.

Weather

Field METAR, runway configuration, and published frequencies in one pane. Verify against official sources.

Where it fits

TowerScope is an APRT-style tool. APRT (Airborne Position Reference Tool) is the FAA category for giving a tower a public, reference airborne picture. TowerScope fits that category; it is not the category itself.

One interface, carried across airports. It adapts to each field's runways, geometry, and published data. Public data only. No FAA SWIM, no camera feeds, no certified surveillance.

Concept demo only. Public reference. Not operational ATC. Not certified. Not for separation.
